From Marco Polo airport, take 45-minute Alilaguna water bus shuttle ride to Saint Mark’s station. From Santa Lucia train station, take the ACTV water bus number 82 to Saint Mark’s Square station. From Saint Mark’s station, walk along Piazetta dei Leoni then turn left to Calle della Rizza and continue on to Calle dei Specchieri to arrive at Hotel Concordia.
