Magical Venice--The Highlight Of Our Trip - posted on 08/18/2004

My husband and I shared a room for 4 with my teenage children. The room was decorated so beautifully Victorian that my daughter wanted to move in. We opened our shutters and were looking right at the Grand Canal. My kids didn't want to leave the room--the beds were so comfy. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. A positive experience and one of the highlights of our European trip! Oh, and the welcome fruit bowl was delicious!
