2-star hotel posing as a 3-star. Walls are very thin and guests (many older couples) kept us awake through the night. Bathroom very small (understandably) - don't try to move in the shower. Room was clean, breakfast was good, staff were affable and helpful.

Clean room. Tiny shower (no tub). Not a place for luxury, but it serves its purpose. Thin walls, need to be sound proofed. Made it difficult to sleep with all the surrounding noise; could not get a decent nights sleep. Great location. Good breakfast. Multilingual staff.

Location is good (right on Piazza San Marco). Walls are very thin and all sounds made by other guests, many middle aged couples, are heard. Had difficulty sleeping. Bathroom very small, understandably, so don't try to move or shave in the shower. Room clean and utilitarian. 2 star hotel.
