Ambassador Tre Rose in Venice Italy

From the beautifully shuttered and draped window to the towel warmer in the bathroom, this quaint hotel was a perfect slice of Venetian charm and hospitality. Of course, the location speaks for itself; literally a stone's throw from the Piazza San Marco. There is a wonderful late night pizza/cafe right outside the front door and countless other shops nearby. The free continental breakfast is a perfect start to a day exploring the twisting calles and there isn't a bit of Venice that's not within walking distance. The room was very comfortable and charming, and the staff was courteous, attentive and very helpful with advice and suggestions that made our stay a great pleasure. I couldn't think of a better place to stay and we will definitely return. The best value in Venice!

This is a small hotel near the BIG square. It is a big city hotel with small rooms. It is hard to find, down a small back alley. Service was good and the management appeared to want to assist in every way.

Room is dark and dank, although clean. They have items [safe, small TV,etc] BUT sink was IN the bedroom, shower was in WC and was only a sunken, tiled well not a real shower. AC is free standing unit. Continetal Bkft inc. Would not recommend at this price [319 US$].
