The Hotel dei Mellini is located on the banks of the Tiber River and close to Piazza Cavour. The interior is filled with contemporary furnishing and walls are adorned with Italian artworks, all available for sale. A range of light dishes and drinks are served at the Mellini Bar. Other dining options are located a short walk from the hotel. Located a mile from the hotel are attractions such as Villa Borghese, the Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain. Slightly over a mile away are the Vatican City and the Sistine Chapel inside Saint Peter’s Basilica.

The 80 rooms and suites of Hotel dei Mellini are dressed in warm Art Deco-inspired shades and furnished in a modern English style. All rooms have individually controlled air conditioning, satellite television with pay movies, telephone, electronic safe, mini bar, desk with Internet port, and daily house keeping. The attached bathroom has shower or bath tub, bidet, bathrobes, complimentary toiletries and hair dryer. Room service is available during limited hours and guests enjoy complimentary buffet breakfast. Cribs and non-smoking rooms are available on request.

Driving from the airport, get on Via Portuense then to Via della Magliana. Get on Circonvallazione Occidentale then continue on 1 followed by Via Aurelia. Travel on to Circonvallazione Aurelia then Piazza di Villa Carpegna and Via Gregorio VII. Continue on to Piazzale Gregorio VII, then Via di Porta Cavalleggeri and Piazza della Rovere. Get on Ponte Principe Amedeo Savoia Aosta then turn left to Lungotevere dei Fiorentini before traveling on Lungotevere degli Altoviti. Continue along Piazza di Ponte Sant'Angelo, then Lungotevere Tor di Nona and Lungotevere Marzio. Carry on to Piazza del Porto di Ripetta and turn left to Ponte Cavour. Continue along Via Vittoria Colonna. Then turn right to Via Pietro Cavallini. Turn left to Via Marianna Dionigi then take a right turn to Via Muzio Clementi.
Alternatively, take the train from the airport to Termini railway station. Transfer to Metro line A in the direction of Battistini then alight at Flaminio stop, cross the bridge and turn left into Via Mellini. Or take bus number 70 from Termini railway station in the direction of Clodio. Alight at Via Colonna after the bridge, walk toward Piazza Cavour then turn left into Via Cesi-Via Belli to arrive at Via Muzio Clementi.
