Knock your socks off front desk customer service.....outrageous breakfast.served by a real gentleman.......great location....very helpful staff...clean room..you must go!

The facility is immaculate. Very nice, clean rooms. Great breakfast. Great location for the Vatican, shopping and restaurants. Lots of shopping and restaurants in the area. Public transportation (bus, Metro) only 5 min walk. Walking distance to Piazza del Popolo. We will definitely stay here again the next time we're in Rome.

The BEST service:courteous front desk- went out of their way to be helpful (e.g., give directions). The free breakfast was outrageous- coffees, Italian pastry, eggs, bacon, Italian rolls, fruit & fresh juice. Very clean room was nicely decorated with its own safe A/C control (very important). Great location - close to the Vatican, Basilica, shopping and transportation.. Can't say enough. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. YOU CAN'T GO WRONG. Eat next door at the Taverna Varrone - the food is great.

The place is 5 blocks from metro station and 5 blocks from the Vatican. It is about 15-20 min walk from everything. Nice pleasant area even late at night. The stuff is very helpfull. Excellent breackfast.

Stayed here for week. Hotel is small/boutique type, and very nicely restored building with beautiful paintings and furnishings. All staff was courteous, friendly, responsive and helpful. Our room was a nice, quiet oasis in the evenings. We would stay here again.

From the ease of communicating through e-mail before our visit to throughout our four day stay this is the hotel for us in Rome. The location is perfect being just three blocks from Vatican, bus and metro. Rooms are very nice with working A/C, beautiful appointments, and nice bathroom. The staff is excellent and quite helpful. Morning breakfast is all anyone could want to start the day.

This hotel was a great find in Rome. It is close to the Vatican, near a Metro stop, shopping streets and a taxi stand. The service was excellent; the room was small but well appointed; it is very quiet; full breakfast daily was outstanding. We highly recommend it.
