Hotel Accademia is housed in a former 18th century palazzo but decorated with an unfussy modern theme. Guests can mingle, relax, or browse a selection of newspapers and magazines at the News Café over coffee, light bites or cocktails. Standing at a quiet location, the hotel is within walking distance of the Accademia di San Luca museum and art gallery, Trevi Fountain and several retail shops. The National Museum of Pasta Foods, which traces the evolution of pasta, is located about 220 yards away. The Roman Forum and the Colosseum are approximately slightly over a mile from the hotel.

Accademia Hotel Accommodations

There are 75 rooms spread over five floors with elevator access at the Hotel Accademia. All rooms have carpeted floors, individually controlled air conditioning, satellite television, International Direct Dial telephone, mini bar, in-room safe, and radio. The attached bathroom has shower or bath, hair dryer, and complimentary toiletries. Complimentary ADSL Internet connectivity is available only in the Superior rooms. Cribs and non-smoking rooms are available on request. Room service is available during designated hours and guests enjoy a complimentary American buffet breakfast.

Hotel Accademia is approximately 18.5 miles from Leonardo da Vinci Airport, which is an approximate 40 minute drive.
From the airport, there is a 30-minute train ride to Termini station, departing every 20 minutes.
From Termini station, get on Via Giovanni Giolitti and continue on to Viale Luigi Einaudi.
Turn left to Piazza della Repubblica and continue along Via Nazionale.
Turn right to Via delle Quattro Fontane then take a left to Via Rasella and continue on to Via in Arcione.
Get on Via del Lavatore then turn right on to Vicolo Scavolino to arrive at Hotel Accademia.

Driving from the airport, get on Via Portuense then to Via della Magliana.
Get on Circonvallazione Occidentale then continue on 1 followed by Via Aurelia.
Travel on to Circonvallazione Aurelia then Piazza di Villa Carpegna and Via Gregorio VII.
Continue on to Piazzale Gregorio VII, then Via di Porta Cavalleggeri and Piazza della Rovere.
Get on Ponte Principe Amedeo Savoia Aosta then turn left to Lungotevere dei Fiorentini before traveling on Lungotevere degli Altoviti.
Continue along Piazza di Ponte Sant'Angelo, then Lungotevere Tor di Nona.
Turn right to Piazza di Ponte Umberto I and continue on to Via Giuseppe Zanardelli.
Get on Piazza di Tor Sanguigna then travel on to Via di Sant'Agostino before turning right to Corso del Rinascimento.
Turn left to Via di Santa Giovanna d'Arco then take another left to Via della Scrofa followed by a right turn to Via delle Coppelle.
Travel on to Via del Collegio Capranica and turn left to Vicolo della Guardiola.
Take a left to Via degli Uffici del Vicario then a right turn to Via di Campo Marzio, followed by another right to Piazza del Parlamento.
Get on Via del Parlamento then turn right to Via del Corso, followed by a left to Largo Chigi.
Continue along Via del Tritone then turn right to Piazza Accademia di San Luca and arrive at Hotel Accademia.
