The hotel location allowed to walk to almost all the major attractions in Rome. The only problem we had was there was no hot water between 8-10 AM one morning. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would stay at this hotel again.
Walk to EVERYTHING! - posted on 02/05/2007
We walked from the train station to this hotel, and just kept walking - the whole week! Some of the small restaurants nearby were unbelievable!! We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

This hotel is very close to the main Metro and Bus stations (Termini Station), as well as within walking distance to other interesting sites. Concierge/front desk were polite and friendly. The upper deck on the 7th floor was wonderful for relaxing and viewing the city over the roofs of houses nearby (you can see the dome of the Vatican from there as well). There are many areas in the lobby where one can sit and read/ talk/etc. The rooms are a bit small for U.S. standards, but spotlessly cleaned daily. Rooms also have AC, hair dryers, baths and showers. Breakfast is very good.

Nice hotel very near the main train station- easy walking distance to buses, trains, the Metro, and many other sights. Rooms were adequate, but not plush by any means. Very clean. Breakfast was good. Staff was helpful. Would stay here again if seeing Rome on a budget. Warning: The road outside is very busy- so it was rather loud.
Disappointed in staff - posted on 01/12/2006
We stayed at this hotel last weekend. The location was good (near the Metro and train station) but the staff were rude and of little help to us. If you are driving, beware of the expensive parking--didn't get a rate until we were ready to check out.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were so friendly and had a great sense of humor. We were very close to everything. Rooms were clean and new, but a little small. We will stay here again.
Was Good - posted on 03/04/2005
Location was great. Very close to train station (<1km). Service was friendly and spoke good english. Beds were two twins pushed together, as was expected. Hotel was very clean. Breakfast was good. We would stay here again and recommend to others. One thing though, don't eat at a nearby restaurant called Est Est Est. It was recommend at the hotel and was not as nice as we had wanted.
