Clean rooms, internet and great front desk service. Food options are limited within the hotel, especially the overpriced $15EU breakfast. Hotel rooms overlook Octoberfest. Overall a great value.

Unless your taking a taxi, this hotel is out of the way. Its quite a walk from either the tram or metro lines, and a far walk from the train station, which we found out sadly enough. The price wasnt even reasonable... they nickel and dime you for everything. Breakfast is on site, but any other food destination is a walk as well. Eat while your seeing the sites before returning to the hotel. The staff is pleasant, but gives wrong directions for everything.

The Hotel overall was pretty nice. The Bar down in the lobby was really cool. But the rooms had no Air Conditioning. After walking all day in the sun or driving in the hot car, it would of been nice to have a nice cool room to stay in. Also, we had a friend staying with us and the hotel couldnt provide him with a cot to sleep on. But they did offer us free breakfast instead. Even with the mix up about it being free when we checked out, it was still a fun trip.

Very comfortable, even for US standards. The phone calls were too expensive. The hotel has its own pay parking. Breakfast was also very expensive. Nice sauna/whirlpool area. There are many things to do with-in walking distance. Major shopping area 10 min walk, AlteRathaus 18 min walk. Bus stop 2 blocks away with direct access to all city center places. Very safe, comfortable neighborhood even late at night. The bathroom was newly renovated and very nice. Service very pleasant. There are more convenient hotels, but not for the rate we got. English not a problem.
