Exceptional service from the bellman to the breakfast dining help. One of the best breakfast buffets we have seen. We are sooooo glad we chose this hotel...and immediate access from the Frankfurt Airport.

the room type I reserved was sold out when I checked in. They offered me a downgraded room, but charged me the full price of my reservation. To add insult to injury, the bellman misdirected us to the wrong elevator bank so we got to spend extra time wandering around to find our overpriced/below quality room.... :(

The people at this hotel were very friendly, room was awesome (mutliple English channels to TV, wash cloths, to mention a couple of things) and was able to walk to the airport and train station. As I was doing a lot of train travel, and flying to US, this was great!

This hotel was a perfect way to end our stay in Europe. The location is the feature that draws you in for your early flight, but the service and ambiance were incredible. The free breakfast helped offset the cost. The hotel has wonderful family suites with a king bed and two twin beds that was wonderful for us. The rooms are spacious which was a welcome change from the usual cramped European hotels. With two showers, we even were able to get ready at a reasonable pace in the morning!

This was a nice hotel and very convenient to airport gates, etc. We arrived at the hotel via private car and had a great deal of difficulty finding the entrance. Signs were small and poor... Otherwise room was clean, comfortable, and the included breakfast great.

For the weary traveler who needs a good night's sleep before going on to another destination, or the business traverler who only needs to be in Frankfufrt a short time, the Sheration Towers is the best choice. It is located in the airport. There is no need for taxis or buses. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and quiet. The staff are friendly and helpful.

The actual hotel was nice however the experience could have been improved by the following:1. Small CD players/clock radios available - travellers that are away from home for long periods of time enjoy listening to their own music in the backround2. Charging my room for any items touched in the minibar is not fair - I would have been charged for items if I had not clarified this - have never had this occur at other hotels worldwide?3. The concierge was excellent - very helpful and friendly .4. Limited food/restaurant offerings - one additional location for food would have been beneficial5. The service in the bar was very poor - it took me over 1 hour to get my drink - and that was after reminding the girl 2 times....6. The gym was very limited - 1 treadmill and only 2-3 machines in such a large hotel - it was very disappointing.7. Bathrooms in the rooms were nice and well stocked. Overall the hotel was nice and clean. However the amenities were somewhat disappointing for this class hotel. Not sure if my team and myself (4) will return in 2006.

This was a great hotel. Moved to this one from a real loser hotel. Our room was beautiful.Made it easy to catch flights for home.
