Very nice hotel, no airport shuttle and the carpark was expensive, but very nice overall.

Although this Hotel is very nice it is very much out of the way and not reachable by public transportation. Everyone working in the hotel has been rehearsed to say "and only 10 minutes from the airport" but it is actually more like 20 minutes. Also it is situated in an industrial area away from everything so while it was comfortable and very clean it is ideally suited for the business traveler and not someone on vacation.

Location was real bad. Far from Airport, not 10 minutes more like 20.

Pleasant staff, clean rooms, good for access to Frankfurt/Main Airport. Very disappointed that no free airport shuttle was available as advertised in the booking synopsis.

Excellent buffet breakfast included.

Located in an area with corporate buildings, few restaurants or tourist attractions, no free airport shuttle.

This four-star pet-friendly hotel provides an array of state-of-the-art facilities for a comfortable stay. Most of the visitors were happy with quiet spotless comfy accommodations, neat and clean bathrooms, sauna, pool, reasonably priced food, amenable staff and location. However, a few guests grumbled about poor service, room size, cost of parking and service.
