The Arabella Sheraton Grand definitely lives up to expectations. It is in a great location, makes an impacting first impression and has all the amenities a business traveler would expect (nice restaurant and bar, easy access to public transport, friendly staff and very clean rooms).

The facility was ultra-clean.

The gym was anemic.

Very nice hotel centrally located to Frankfurt's main shopping area. Easy walk to the Main river. Also an easy walk to "old" Frankfurt to visit historical and picturesque Rommenburg Square.

Great location - central to shopping. Very nice lobby and bar.

Typical for Europe, rooms are a bit small. Traveling with 3+ people in a room is tight.

The Arabella Sheraton Grand Hotel, a world-class property, is located in the center of Frankfurt. Goethestrasse and Zeil, the most popular shopping precincts, are just a few steps away. Proximity to the central, suburban and underground stations is a big plus. The Palmengarten Botanical Gardens, Sachsenhausen, Roemer/City Hall and Zoo can be accessed on foot. This plush hotel, a 20-minute drive from the airport, is known for its glassed roof ceiling and stunning lobby.

All accommodations- suites and rooms, feature luxurious amenities, elegant fabric and trendy marble bathrooms. The infrared heat lamps and floor heating system keep the floor of bathrooms warm. The Grand Deluxe rooms, facing the inner courtyard, are very peaceful. The warm golden colors and rich oriental fabrics are used in the Arabian Suites.

This pet friendly, plush hotel in the central location is an ideal choice for travelers on holiday. Most of the visitors appreciated its location, efficient service, well-prepared breakfast and clean and cozy rooms. However, they were put off by dated and weird décor. In a few rooms, AC was not working properly.
