The Westin Grand, located at the intersection of Friedrichstrasse and Unter den Linden, is surrounded by shops, eateries and nightclubs. The Potsdamer Platz, Komische Oper, Guggenheim Museum, Gendarmenmarkt, Staatsoper, State Opera, Berliner Dom, Pergamon Museum/Museum Island, Reichstag and Brandenburg Gate are within walking distance. The hotel has initiated two novel programs, WestinWORKOUT and Breathe Westin for the well-being of all guests.

The upscale hotel in prime location offers guest accommodations and other facilities for business and leisure travelers. All travelers were agreed that location was convenient and great. Some travelers also appreciated amenable staff, good breakfast, spa and clean and standard –size rooms. But some guests were completely disappointed as rooms and bathrooms were dirty. All guest accommodations are a blend of historic décor and state-of-the-art amenities for convenience and comfort. All junior suites and suites come with a butler.
