Located in a quaint, yet lively quarter of Paris, the Appia la Fayette Hotel is just minutes from the Grands Boulevards, shopping, theaters and bistros. This budget hotel offers various sightseeing tours and is fairly close to many of the local attractions and the metro. The rooms are sound proofed and air conditioned and reasonably comfortable, although the rooms do tend to be a bit small. Non smoking rooms are available.

The rooms are small, clean and comfortable. The staff is pleasant and the fact that there is air conditioning is a plus, especially if you intend to go during the summer months.
Do not expect too many luxuries here. This hotel is for the budget travel who would prefer to spend most of their time exploring, sight seeing and shopping than lounging around in a hotel room.
The room is clean and comfortable and contains the necessities plus a few niceties. And the location is near enough to the metro to make navigating this city fairly easy.

The 42 guest rooms, which vary in size, are sparingly decorated with one of three color themes: green, blue or red. Furniture includes a writing desk and other features include a balcony in 14 of the rooms, air conditioning, cable television, a direct dial telephone, hair dryer, Internet access and shower.
