About the Villa Luxembourg

Located in the Monteparnassee neighborhood and very close to an underground metro entrance the Villa Luxembourg is wonderfully located to get you quickly and easily to most of the Paris area attractions.
The hotel rooms are small by American standards but average by Paris hotel standards so keep that in mind. They are clean, neat, and air conditioned and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Some of the rooms even have their own kitchens. Again small but functional.
All the rooms have air conditioning, cable TV, a mini bar, an individual safe, wifi access to the Internet and room service.
There are a lot of restaurants nearby and a breakfast buffet is also served in the hotel from 7:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. There is a lovely garden in the back so you may want to ask for a room with this view.
Reservations must be canceled at least 2 days in advance of your arrival date or you will be charged.

For the price and location this hotel is ideal for those who don't want to stay in an American chain hotel. It is located in a wonderful, safe neighborhood within walking distance to the metro.
The rooms are clean and comfortable, if a bit on the small side, and the rooms are sound proofed so you don't have to worry about noisy neighbors.
You have a choice of dozens of restaurants to choose from so you don't have to worry about your meal choices. And you can choose to have the breakfast buffet in the hotel or order room service for breakfast. Some of the rooms even have kitchens so you can save money by preparing your own food, every once in a while.

Villa Luxembourg Accommodations

The rooms are average sized by Parisian standards. The beds are comfortable and all rooms are air conditioned. They are also very quiet. They look is a bit worn but they are clean and well maintained. All of the rooms have air conditioning, cable TV, a mini bar, an individual safe, wifi access to the Internet and room service.

Amenities offered

For a small hotel it has a large list of amenities including: 24-hour Front Desk, newspapers, a continental breakfast, Disabled rooms and facilities, an elevator, a safety deposit box, sound proofed rooms, heating, luggage storage, parking for a fee and a breakfast buffet.
They also provide room service and check-in is usually rather speedy. If you are here on business they have meeting/banquet facilities available. There is also dry cleaning services for a fee, faxes/photocopying, ticket service, and wi-fi / wireless LAN.
The staff is friendly and eager to help and the location is wonderful. Pets are allowed and larger rooms are available for families.

From Orly International Airport:
Take the A6-E15.
Take the exit to Porte d'Orleans.
Turn right and follow Rue Professeur Hyacinthe Vincent, which becomes Rue Émile Faguet and then Rue De La Tombe-Issoire.
Turn left at Avenue René Coty.
Continue through Place Denfert Rochereau to Ave Denfert Rochereau.
Turn left on Avenue de l'Observatoire.
Make an immediate left onto Boulevard de Montparnasse.
