About the Hotel Plaza Athenee

The Hotel Plaza Athenee is ideal for those who love luxury and don't mind paying for it. Although the standard rooms are fairly small, they are elegantly appointed.
The staff is gracious and multi-lingual and can often help you make reservations for some of the finer, harder to get into restaurants in town.
The lobby has a warm charm as does the on site tea room and the bar is a wonderful place to sit and lounge, after a long day site seeing.
One of the best parts of staying at this hotel is that it is home to Alain Ducasse's marvelous restaurant. If you want five star cuisine definitely get the concierge to book you a reservation.
If outdoor dining is more your style, in the summer lunch and dinner can be had in the garden, within the hotel, at La Cour Jardin. This hotel is all about ambiance and service.
It is also in a fantastic location, located between the Avenue des Champs Elysées and the Eiffel Tower, and has wonderful views from many of the rooms.

This is a fabulous hotel for those who love to indulge. Just try to get one of the Art Deco rooms if you want a bit more space. The amenities that this hotel offers are too many to list. From five star dining, to exceptional service this hotel will meet all of your needs.

This hotel features 145 rooms and 43 suites, with smoking and non smoking floors. Each room has a flat screen television with 120 channels in 18 different languages, 200 films on demand, a music library of 5000 titles, 20 international radio channels and several video games. The rooms also come with adjustable air conditioning, a mini bar, a daily newspaper delivered, and the availability of house keeping twice a day.

* From Terminal 1, 2 or 3, take A1 southbound toward Paris
* Turn west onto the Boulevard West / External until you reach Porte Maillot
* Exit the Périphérique at the Porte Maillot
* Take the roundabout Place de la Porte Maillot
* With the Paris Convention Centre on your left, exit onto Avenue de la Grande Armée; the Arc de Triomphe is at the top of the avenue
* Keep right on the roundabout and, at the Arc de Triomphe, take Avenue des Champs Elysées
* Turn right at the Rond Point des Champs Elysées, in the Avenue Montaigne
* The Hotel is on your right-hand side at 25 Avenue Montaigne

From Orly to the Hôtel Plaza Athénée Paris:
* Leave West or South Terminal and take A6 northbound to Paris
* Continue north on A6
* A6 meets the Boulevard Périphérique at Porte d'Orléans
* Follow the Boulevard Périphérique westbound until you cross the River Seine
* Take the first exit on your right after crossing the River Seine at the Pont du Garigliano and drive along the Seine until you reach the Pont de l'Alma; the Eiffel Tower is on your right
* Exit on your left at Place de l'Alma
* Drive up Avenue Montaigne (Taxi lines)
* The Hotel is on the left at 25 Avenue Montaigne
