A cruise ship room, approx.8 feet by 15, trouble flushing toilet,too close to Heathrow glide path noise, if we opened the window -too much street noise, NO A/C, carpet covered creaky wood floor-too noisy

Very close to Earl's Court Tube station. Safe area, room was small but very clean. Steam pipes banging woke me up at 4 a.m. Lots of dining nearby

paint peeling off ceiling, water damage. close to Earls Court tube, nice breakfast included

Great location. Great value for money. Rooms are small, but we go to London to do things other than be in a hotel room. The facility is clean. Beds are comfortable. Service is excellent. We would happily stay there again and probably will.
