Definitely NOT 4 Star - posted on 04/22/2007
The service, the follow-up, the cleanliness, and most other aspects of this hotel need improving. Whoever rated this a 4 star hotel hasn't visited it lately. The only good thing is proximity to the tube station
Disappointed stay - posted on 08/09/2005
Don't put shoes in the corridor inside your room as water leaked between the metal plates of the ceiling & soaked everything beneath. All lights in our room went out at 9am on the day of checkout & we were unable to use the bathroom but nobody fixed it despite our repeated requests. We finally checked out at 12. Staff were unhelpful & unfriendly.
Nice, clean hotel in good location - posted on 05/17/2005
Our main disappointment was that they refused to allow us to have a room with two separate beds. They refused to bend on this, unless if we were willing to pay a substantial extra amount.

Very nice looking modern hotel on the outside, and good views of London from many rooms. Near several tube stations, and good nearby commercial services. Better than average rooms for London, particularly the other Hiltons in town. Overall the place feels modern and hip.
Good Old Hilton - posted on 10/07/2004
Good hotel, not the best location for someone wanting to navigate london, but for a hilton hotel at a reasonable price, esp' for london this isn't bad at all, nice and modern inside, good sized rooms and great service. there's a tube station almost opposite but allow 15 mins or so travel to the tourist parts of london.
