The hotel is in a great location, only a short walk from the High Street Kennsington tube station. The rooms are comfortable and the staff is helpful. There was not a non-smoking room available for the first night, but the hotel was accomodating gave us a non-smoking room the next morning when one became available.

Nice is a good word for this hotel. Although the rooms are somewhat small (as are all European Hotels except the most expensive) they are tasteful and functional. The location of the hotel is perfect and the maintainance of the facilitiy is impeccable. Highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel is in a great location in a quiet section of London with easy access to various means of public transportation. Nearby shopping and dining are affordable and within easy walking distance. The hotel itself has large, clean rooms and a very agreeable staff.
