The hotel boasts the best hospitality and rock star heritage. The hotel has played host to the eminent sports personalities during various sports events, such as the ICC Champions Trophy (2004) and the Cricket World up (1999). Chauffeur driven limousines are available for rich and wealthy.

This plush hotel provides an array of amenities and services for business and holiday travelers. The guests with deep pockets can try the spacious Royal Suite, consisting of a guest cloakroom, kitchenette, dining room and bed rooms. Unwind in the spa. Guests had a mix opinion about almost everything. Some guests had a wonderful stay, while others were completely dissatisfied. Some guests liked courteous and helpful staff, convenient location, breakfast and comfy and clean rooms. Others felt that small rooms were dated and ill-kept. The service was very poor.
