We arrived after a long flight from the states. We were told the room would be ready in an hour, and after settleing into the lounge with some coffee, they came and told us our room was ready. We arrived upstairs on the 6th floor with a karge room and a view of the Thames and Big Ben. Everytime we left or arrived we were greeted by a staff member. It was a great stay and would recommend it to anyone. The only negative was the price we paid for Internet access. It was 15 ponds for 24 hours and it should be included for the price you pay for the hotel.

My two daughters and I vacationed in London. This hotel was located right in the heart of everything! The staff were friendly and very helpful. I have already told friends they must stay here, and I intend to stay at this hotel when we return to London. The only negative was the buffet breakfast. It was a little expensive for the amount we ate.

great location. Great staff. Great food. Great room service. Great pool, fitness center and spa. This hotel had it all.

The building is a fine architecture. Above average service. Room is spacious and very clean. There are minor problems in the faucets and bathrooms. The buffet breakfast is excellent provided it is incl. in your room rate, or else it is around 23pound. Very friendly and helpful concierge.
