The hotel, a 5-10-minute from the Waterloo train and subway stations, provides a complete range of facilities for business trips and vacations. All guests liked beautiful views of Big Ben and the Thames and its location. However, there was a mixed opinion about other things. Some guests were happy with service, comfy and clean rooms, yummy breakfast, pool, spacious and well-maintained bathrooms and cozy beds. The hotel offers both suites and rooms. The well-appointed accommodations feature coffee /tea makers, irons / ironing boards, ACs, plush beddings for a deep and restful sleep, safes, trouser presses, mini-bars, alarm clock and rollaway beds. For in-room entertainment, televisions with pay-per-view movies and CNN, ESPN and HBO channels are installed in accommodations. Some accommodations even have kitchen amenities, including silverware, microwave oven and refrigerator.
