Although far from London, we got a great price. Restaurant was a rip off charging us 12.50 pound for burger, 4 pound for a coke. don't eat here.Nice hotel, clean and quiet, bus stn close, no free shuttle was disappointing

The staff were courtious at all times. The information from the concerge's for transport etc was precise. The breakfast had variety and the staff were wonderful. The porters were polite. I would recommend the Marriot Heathrow to any travelers. Transport by taxi to the airport was waiting as pre-arranged by the concerge. Although high in price, the complimentary breakfast alleviated cost, so satisfied. Inner London hotels are usually higher priced. Lower cost have no services, stairs, and no air conditioning.

I enjoyed this hotel which is one of the newer hotels at LHR while many of the hotels are so old. Good common areas and the rooms are comfortable and clean. I was sad to leave this one. Price is absurd but the staff and service are great. I enjoyed the club lounge and the attendant there who was most kind. I have no problem staying here but please bring the prices down. And send us a free shuttle. The Hoppa puts us off from wanting to stay by LHR and just fly onward.
