The Copthorne Hotel, a 20-minute drive from the Birmingham International Airport, is located next to the International Convention Center. The Symphony Hall, National Indoor Arena, Birmingham Museum and Art Gallery, National Sea Life Center and the Broad Street full of clubs, restaurants and pubs can be accessed on foot. There are two restaurants, bars and a coffee house to keep many guests at the hotel.

This centrally located property provides all comforts for a pleasant stay. But all travelers did not agree. Most of the travelers appreciated its location, efficient service and proximity to the all places of interest. Though rooms are well-maintained, spacious and clean, the décor is tired and many amenities are run-down. There was no AC and noise was another major concern. Restaurants and bars were non-descript and dull. The hotel did not offer high-quality amenities and services, listed on the website. Breakfast and car park were overpriced.
