Renaissance Brussels Hotel in Brussels Belgium

Outstanding facilities with great lounge. We arrived at the hotel at 9AM after travelling for 24 hours, stopped to drop off our luggage and ask about a possible early check in that afternoon. They had our room ready (at 9AM!) and waiting and allowed us to check in on the spot. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the concierge booked us on several enjoyable trips. There is a local neighborhood nearby, as well as a business atmosphere, so we saw the best of both worlds.

We liked the staff, our room, the restaurant and all the amenities supplied. The restaurant food was excellent and the staff extremely attentive but unfortunately smoking and non-smoking are not properly separated.
