Alight at Gare de Midi Station then get on tram number 81 in the direction of Montgomery.
Alight at Janson stop and change to tram number 92 in the direction of Forjaco.

Alight at Lois station then transfer to tram number 92, and follow the above directions.

From Brussels International Airport, take the train to Gare de Midi railway station, then follow the above indications.
