Its location is ideal because of proximity to the major sights, such as the historic Neuer Markt, the Karntner Strasse shopping mile, the State Opera, St. Stephen's Cathedral, the Spanish Riding School, the Imperial Palace and the Musikverein. This hotel, steeped in history, has played host to Franz Lehármany, Mozart, Mark Twain, Henry Ford III and many other celebrities. The hotel offers lavishly-appointed rooms.

This luxury hotel, at a short distance from the Westbahnhof Train Station, has stylish décor and high ceilings. There are a number of eateries close by. Travelers had a mix opinion about the staff conduct. And they felt both parking and food were expensive. However, most of them loved its location, spacious and spotless rooms and other amenities. Guests can choose from the Vienna Classic, Themed Rooms, Business Class and Junior Suites. The Themed Rooms are dedicated to international masters of art, culture and politics.
