In any other part of town, this hotel would probably be very lovely. With all the construction going on in town, it feels very on the periphery. On the other hand, the service is so friendly and accommodating for the time you're in the hotel which goes a long way toward making up for its location.

Feels family owned. Very friendly and helpful.

Direclty across from the train station; not nearly as picturesque as the photo suggests.

Being the only 5-star property in this town, the historic Grand Hotel Europa has been described by Bavarias King Ludwig ll as the most beautiful place in Innsbruck. Other royalties like Englands Queen Elisabeth, Swedens King Karl Gustav and the Prince of Monaco recognized and appreciated this famous hotel during their stay.
