The upscale hotel, offering sweeping views of the Montreal skyline, is within easy walking distance of Chinatown, Convention Center and McCord Museum of Canadian History. The hotel, next to Complexe Desjardins that has many eateries and shops, provides an assortment of comforts to ensure a worry-free stay. The 34,000 square feet of available versatile event space can accommodate up to 1,000 guests. Guests can avail off concierge, dry cleaning and laundry, currency exchange and ATM services within the premises.

This conveniently located plush hotel has everything for a pleasant stay. Most of the guests were happy with well-maintained pool area, spotless accommodations with comfy beds, lobby, location, professional and helpful staff, sauna, steam room and breakfast. However, some guests felt that it did not meet standards of a four star property. Dark rooms and hallways, very thin towels, and high cost of parking, room service and breakfast were major concerns. Each of Business Plan Double room has two double Grand Beds with luxurious bedding, a granite bath, 25-inch television and spacious work area. The Hospitality Suite, covering 650 square feet of floor area, has separate dining and sitting areas besides all standard amenities.
