This multi-storied hotel in the business district is close to the Royal Ontario Museum, Kensington Market and other shopping areas and government offices. Most of the travelers enjoyed their stay at the hotel and would love to stay at the hotel again. They liked city views, spacious, cozy and nice rooms, efficient and professional staff, location and good food. However, some guests were annoyed with curt and indifferent staff, overpriced Internet and food and small, dated rooms.
