About the Arc Hotel

This hotel is luxurious and modern, ideal for a business traveler. It is located in the city centre, walking distance to Parliament Hill, the Rideau Canal, as well as shopping and dining establishments. The decor is decadent, with dark woods and limestone. Enjoy the complimentary sparking wine upon check-in.

Arc Hotel Accommodations

There are 112 Deluxe guest rooms including 8 stylish suites and 7 luxury rooms with Roman tubs. Each room has high-speed Internet access, 2 dual-line telephones, in-room Starbucks coffee & Tazo teas, mini-bar, daily newspaper delivery, CD player/radio/alarm clock, in-room safe large enough for lap-top computer, luxury linens and towels. Then there is my favorite: fluffy terry bathrobes.

What makes this place special are the little extras. Take advantage of the complimentary shoeshine service, as well as complimentary apples and Starbuck coffee and teas. Each guest also receives custom made business cards, a very nice touch. The Library is great place to get some work done or relax. You can also sign out CDs to use in your room. The restaurant is top notch. There is also a 24 hour, fully equipped fitness centre.

Directions from the Airport:
Take the Airport Parkway north (which will become Bronson Avenue) and turn right onto Slater. You will find the hotel located on the right hand side of Slater between O'Connor and Metcalfe Streets.

Directions from the Train Station:
Make a right turn onto Riverside Drive and take the 417 West. Exit on Metcalfe Street, turn left onto Albert Street, left onto O'Connor and then left onto Slater and you will find the hotel on your right hand side.

Directions from Toronto:
Take Highway 401 East for 341 km. Go North on Highway 416 for 79 km ending at Highway 417.
Go East on Highway 417 for 10 km and take the Kent Street exit.
Stay on Kent until you see Slater Street. Turn right on Slater and you will find the hotel just past O'Connor on the right hand side.

Directions from Montreal:
Take Highway 40 West for 75 km. At the Ontario border continue on Highway 417 West for 108 km and take the Bronson Street exit.
Turn right on Slater and you will find the hotel just past O'Connor Street on the right hand side.
