Booked the executive king room - beautiful rooms, amazing service, great location and a view of the royal guards marching in the morning. Highly recommend, at least as far as the executive suites are concerned.

A good hotel,very clean, also a good restaurant; two double beds in a room booked for two people.Very central location in Ottawa but a quiet room.Quite a big hotel but with a personal feeling.Probably my favourite hotel and location in a safe area.The housekeeping standard was excellent.

Very disappointing. The room was badly in need of refurnishing. Service was slow.

Lord Elgin is the perfect location. It's a 20 minute bus ride from the airport, and easily accessible to restaurants, museums and nightlife. It's very clean and the staff is friendly. I would definitely stay there again.

Near all main attractions in Ottawa, museums, Rideau Canal locks, Parliament Hill, bike trails. Complimentary full breakfast, only downfall you need to pay to park per day. Valet service excellent.

Beautiful Hotel while staff are helpful & friendly. Room was large, clean & quiet but reservation requests were not followed - details were overlooked & if not mentioned would not have been addressed. Breakfast was delecious & plentiful. Location can't be any better for sight seeing. Great place to stay in the heart of Ottawa
