I was disappointed with this hotel. They were undertaking renovation at the time of my visit and the hotel needed it. Carpets in the halls were stained and there was graffiti in the lifts. The location is the best thing about this hotel, next to byward market and close walk to parliament house.

Hotel was clean, well located (heart of Ottawa)and friendly staff. The first night we were on the first floor, street side-too noisy. We got moved to inside room, 3rd floor-Very quiet. Breakfast buffet was good as well as the service. We will stay at this hotel the next time we visit Ottawa.

This hotel is right downtown. You are within steps of many activities and restaurants. While there is nothing outstanding about this hotel it is comfortable and convenient. The prices are sometimes high but during slow periods very reasonable for being downtown.

Loved the hot tub. Would be better if you guys had room service. Really nice being right in the Market, such a great location. I'd come and stay there again.
