a) Booked 2 beds got 1, reattended desk to get 2. b) Bedroom had unpainted patch beside window, ci) Bathroom had peeling paint by toilet and counter, cii) edge of tub at floor dirty, ciii) some mould on edge of tub at tiles, cvi) toilet has no seat cover, cv) vanity closed with melamine panels and exposed screws, cvi) tissue box almost empty, cvii) 2 rolls of almost finsihed toilet paper

We booked based on everything listed on the web site, paid for the Executive Room and nothing was available - no slippers, no executive floor with fireplace, no breakfast (unless we paid), no mini bar, no valet, the in room interet and games never worked, the resturant closed most of the time because they were not busy, there were no local brochures, the pool was freezing, no room service. Overall, a big let down and we would not go back. Management did not care when we complained - just staed they were "unaware".

The room we stayed in smelled of smoke and had an ashtray even though we requested a non smoking room. There was some dirt and gum on the carpet, TV was not working and one of the lamps had a burnt lightbulb. My children enjoyed the wave pool. Thank you!

This wonderful property has completely renovated I had a conference at the hotel and came back for the water park. Great service, I'll be back with more friends and family
