Overall very pleased for the price.

I loved the Victorian style.

I didn't like the access to the garage, there is very poor access.

The hotel is very convenient because it was very close to the falls but the room was very small and the door man is rude. My husband ask the doorman if he knew which way to go to the Rainbow restaurant of the Sheraton is and his answer was go to Sheraton and ask them.

The view was very nice and the location is convenient.

The room was very small, the elevator was very slow and the doorman was rude.

When we checked in I asked for a room with a view and they accommodated. So, I could look out my window and see Niagara Falls.

Location was perfect.

Pool/hot tub was closed.

The hotel in the Falls Avenue Hotel and Entertainment Complex offers a wide range of facilities for couples and family travelers. All travelers enjoyed incredible views of the falls. Though rooms are clean and cozy, they are small. Cordial and professional staff gained the respect of almost all travelers. They also loved the hotel because of proximity to the other tourist attractions. However, some guests felt that parking and food were overpriced. There is no onsite gym and elevators are slow.
