I would never go back. The parking is horrible, you've got to walk thru two motels, hard rock, then to the hotel. Pool is something I'd let my kids get there feet wet in, maybe 20 ft by 10 ft. For the money, you'd think they give you a free breakfast.

Very unhappy with the quality and value of this hotel-having stayed one night in off season. Parking was expensive and far away; internet access not included, noisy neighbors throughout the night, was charged for dialing a toll-free phone #... overrated for value and convenience. I felt nickle and dimed to death.

Room - had to get upgrade (cheaper rooms have "interior views") was nice. Had issues getting the correct room - 1st time staff gave us the wrong room number and then the wrong room type - one king for three people. After 30 minutes, finally got us the correct room and things were great from there. Beautiful view from suite. Great location overlooking falls and on Clifton Hills. Attached to Casino Niagara. Expensive - $100 for three for dinner including tip and no alcohol. Buffet was great in the casino.

The hotel was very nice with nice touches in the room like the big TV, in room movie (pay), and the room size was fantastic. We went during off season and was hoping to be upgraded knowing the hotel would be empty. The hotel was empty, but we were only offered an upgrade if we paid for it even though the desk clerk mention there were a lot of rooms open. Over all, the stay was nice the hotel was in a perfect location just step from the falls, and Clifton Hill. It was attached to the Casino and indoor water park too which was VERY nice. We would stay again!

The pool is only 3.4 feet deep, and about twenty feet long- The Indoor waterpark has about three slides, and is $30 per person- as well as being located in the BROCK hotel, not the Sheraton on the Falls. Good for kids, but don't waste your money otherwise.

At hotel check-in, they gave us adjoining rooms. We had a great view of the falls. Winter fog made seeing Canadian falls harder at times but American falls were great. Hotel is in a great location and condition. Super friendly staff. Didn't have to go outside to get to the casino. Clifton Hill is right there. Breakfast buffet upstairs was pricey but there's also a good buffet in the casino for much cheaper. They don't tell you but you can get the G.S.T tax back at the duty free store before the Peace bridge. Keep your receipts!

We came here as part of a youth hockey tournament. I was very impressed with the staff - always polite, helpful and available. The hotel is clean and well-kept. The hallways are a bit dark and windy. Make usre you reserve a Fallsview room - much more spacious than the interior rooms. Great location with access to the Falls and all of the restaurants and attractions near-by. Take the kids to the indoor waterpark.

my boyfriend and i came here for our anniversary and the hotel was amazing. The indoor connection to the casino and all the restaurants was perfect with bad weather. It was clean and the view was amazing. IF you go shoot for a higher end room, its worth it.

We booked our Last Minute Travel to Sheraton on the Falls. Everything was perfect. We were able to upgrade our room to a "partial" view which includes view of the park and the Falls. Cost to upgrade was minimal and well worth the add'l fee. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Room was clean, very nice. Would stay here again.

i really enjoyed my stay we ate at the restaurant in the penthouse fantastic views of the falls staff very helpful and kind going back with family this time depending on room you will have a great view of falls or no view at all

A 4 star hotel for less than $100 is improbable. Clearly, a four star experience does not describe a room with a single window looking out onto a brick wall, no matter the price! If you have little ones, enjoy the 'honky tonk' of the older Niagara Falls, the Sheraton on the Falls is probably a good choice. Because of its location the hotel has unique advantages but it depends greatly on customer expectation.

We loved this hotel, the view of both falls was magnificent. The bed was extremely comfy and housekeeping was very good, even left extra coffee without having to ask.

Lovely room on the 21st floor, with views of both the American and Canadian Falls. Our room looked down on the beautiful park. I had a problem with a reservation clerk and spoke with the assistant manager...we had a free dinner that night. I only wanted to bring a problem to his attention, but he insisted on the dinner. It was very nice of him.

Advanced reservations, finding rooms not ready at check-in time. "Stated they didn't know when rooms would be ready". Would not honor AAA discounts on rooms! Additional cost surprise! Air conditioning didn't work!

The view from the room of the Falls is breathtaking. The gas fireplace was a surprise and very beautiful at night. Staff was very nice and attentive. After reading other reviews about the Hershey Gift Basket surprise in the room, it was a disappointmet not to receive one. The pool area could use outside bar/refreshment service. Definetly would return to this hotel.

Although the view was spectacular, the hidden charges didn't set well with us. Guest service taxes,etc on bill at checkout.The surprise gift basket was nice from hershey. Preselection of room choice would have told me an upgrade was costing me $120 extra. The alternative was a poor view on a lower floor. I thought I was getting a great view in the first place! Won't be back!

We were very pleased with our stay at this Sheraton. The location is excellent! Right inbetween the falls and the casino's and next to Clifton Hill. It really was within walking distance (and I'm 5 months pregnant!) of everything located in "downtown" Niagara Falls. We only stayed for 1 1/2 days, so the location really enabled us to do everything we wanted to without a hastle. The room and staff were excellent as well.

The only draw back to this hotel is that they charged extra fees to use the gym and to park. The view and location to all of the activities was THE BEST in town. It is located between the casino and the falls.

For that little extra money I reccommend taking a room with a view. The room has a door that opens up to the outside so you can hear the falls. The hotel was very clean and the room comfortable.

the hotel was in wonderful condition given it's age. Staff were Very friendly and helpful. Gave good tips on what to see and how to save $$.We only had breakfast in the hotel and it could stand improvement. Not worth the price.But the view from the dinning room is breathtaking.Would recomend this to anyone.

Parked in the casino garage because it was marked Sheraton & paid $12. Upgraded to a falls view & it was beautiful. The shower stall was very small, but bathroom was huge. No problems with getting an elevator. Everythinh was in walking distance. The Hershey basket was a great bonus!

Checkin was fast & easy. Upgraded to a King Falls room. Bed was very comfortable. The sofa should have been on the other wall so the view could be enjoyed. The shower stall was very small & it was very easy to bang the sides. The Hotels parking isn't marked properly so we ended up parking in the casino lot & paying $12. Checkout was easy through the TV. The elevators were always fast even though we stayed on the 21st floor. The Hershey basket was surprisingly big and a nice bonus. Enjoyed our stay.

That was our first time in Canada. I travel with my 12 year old son, and we had a wonderfull and great experience. The Hotel is beautifull, the location is great and the service is excellent I really recomended to everybody want to have the magical vacation we had.

This hotel is in a great location. It's right on Niagara Falls and right next to the Casino Niagara. Rooms are very clean and spacious.

They have the most comfortable beds. Amazing night sleep and a beautiful view of the city. Being a very short walk from the casino and major tourists area is also a huge plus. Rooms were clean and quiet.

The Hotel service was great. The only thing need to imporve is the check in. We booked two rooms, and there was two hours delay for me to check in the second room. However, I understand this was due to the high volume during the holiday season.

Got the Fallsview room! Absolutely breathtaking! You see the whole gorge and both falls! I got beautiful pics to prove it! Rooms were nice, however the lobby is very public and therefore dirty. A lot of stragglers from the streets due to the nearby casino and cliffton falls strip.

The hotel is very nice, and the fallsview rooms are excellent. The heating/AC system was slightly allergenic, but opening the window solved that. The hotel is easy to find, and right near Clifton Hill and 3 blocks from the river/falls walking path.

The hotel was close to all the attractions on the Hill. There is self parking for the hotel but it is not connected directly to the hotel. Hotel Elevators were very slow but there is currently construction to remedy this problem with new elevators. Beds were very comfortable. Overall I would stay at this hotel again.

We had a great trip. This hotel is easy to find, very clean, and the beds were the most comfortable ones I have ever slept on away from home. The staff could not have been more pleasant or helpful! We will definitely stay with this chain again!!

Very conveniently situated. Well worth parking the car with Valet. Spend the extra money (even though it is so expensive) and get a Falls View room. The bed is wonderful. I found the staff were very nice. I enjoyed the gym as well as the outdoor pool. The Buffet Dinner at the hotel was fabulous. The Niagara Casino is next door. I enjoyed the hustle and bustle in the street. Falls is across the road. I would for sure stay here next time.

The amenities and service were excellent. The food was very good and well-presented. They are working on providing more elevator service which is greatly needed. (The area surrounding the elevators is too cramped.) The check-in area (parking, etc.) is far too small and is hazardous to pedestrians manipulating luggage around moving cars, etc. The employees in this area are very helpful, however.

The hotel was very nice. Nice central location right by the Falls, close to night life and restaurants, walking distance to lots of activites, and parking was only $10/day Canadian after taxes and fees (15% sales tax in Canada). The only con was the construction of two new elevators shafts, which meant our room had a temporary wall with minimal sound proofing. Changing rooms to a higher floor fixed that.

Niagara falls was great as so was the hotel , being so close to the falls was a big plus, not to mention all the action. We found a small historic town called I Believe, Niagara on the Lake. It was fantastic. Those things would be nice to know about ahead of our trip. as we had many time constraints. but overall THANKS

We absolutely loved our stay at Sheraton on the falls. Our view from the room was unbelievable and our children ?ages 7 & 14? loved the location of the hotel with all the attractions on Clifton Hill.

I am very satisfied by the customer services I have had with Sheraton on the Falls. Stayed for a night, staffs were very warmth and welcome. Excellent.
