Disappointed

Our experience may have been an anomally, but we were guaranteed a 3pm check and arrived at 5:00pm, to wait in line for over 30'. We were then told the 'smoking' room we reserved wasn't ready. After waiting 15' to change the room to a non-smoking room, we were told to go away and come back in an hour. We were offered a $20 credit at Starbucks.

The proximity to the Falls was excellent.

It was in the middle of the commercial/tourist area which we didn't want.

It was a great stay- rooms were comfortable, location was convenient & the staff were very friendly & helpful. I would definitely stay again.

This hotel was a sure fire hit. Entertainment is not far at all. Very welcoming from the moment you enter the registration.

The hotel, lending itself to spectacular views of the Falls and surrounding areas, is a good place to enjoy holidays. Direct access to the Casino Niagara and the Indoor WaterPark and proximity to the major sights are a big plus. This multi-storied property in the entertainment district offers good value for money. Most of the travelers enjoyed their stay at the hotel. However, some guests felt that food was overpriced and rooms require maintenance.
