Great hotel with helpful staff. The harbour view from the rooms is superb and all the downtown amenities are close by.

An excellent, fairly priced hotel on the water in the heart of downtown Kingston. The hotel restaurant (Aqua Terra) is very good, and overlooks Kingston Harbour.

Our stay was only for one night. Room and beds comfortable. No noise which we enjoyed and felt safe as we were two women. Enjoyed our morning breakfast. Check in and out very quick.

Very efficient staff. Everything went very smoothly. Room with a view was lovely and we had everthing we needed. Staff was very accommodating when we asked if we could have a late departure time. In the end we did not use this privilege. Plan to stay here again. Many thanks.

Very pleasant stay; very nice rooms, great harbour views, and fantastic place to start any walking tours. No regrets, will stay here any time we are in Kingston.

This hotel was excellent. The service and facilities outstanding. Underground parking-cars keep cool. Walk to the waterfront, restaurants and shops. Absolutely great.

We enjoyed everything about our stay. The restaurant, Aqua Terra, is outstanding. Staff was courteous and helpful. Everyone went the extra mile to ensure our satisfaction. We highly recommend this facility!

One of the worst hotels. I have never been so disappointed in my life. Poor service. Room service isn't 24 hours.
