Great Stay - posted on 01/26/2006

I was in Kingston on business and the Comfor Inn was a great place to stay. It was close to the Via Rail station, the staff was helpful when I called to comfirm my reservation. The room was clean and perfect for my needs. My only problem was that it was far from restaurants if you are walking. Otherwise, great stay!

Breakfast Cost - posted on 12/12/2005

I was expecting a free continental breakfast like the features say on line but when I went down for breakfast in the morning it was $2.99 per person. Great room with sofa. I had originally chose corporate rate but was given a government rate when I checked in and it was cheaper. The person at the from desk offered me the government rate when she found out I was in the military. Good service.

the hotel is dated and is not what we expected - bathrooms were very small, and very noisy - the breakfast area was very small and not a very good offering. Cobwebs on walls -

Change the staff - posted on 11/02/2005

WE stay at Comfort Inns all over and this was the worst ever. It was not the rooms but the staff. Didn't have a clue what they were suppose to be doing. Not just 1 employee but 3.

Disappointment - posted on 07/21/2005

The hotel rooms are very small. The breakfast has to be paid for and you have to eat in your room, since there are no restaurant or dining tables at all. The hall smelled of cigarettes, even though we were in a non-smoking part of the hotel. The personnel were doing their best, but the hotel is a very basic one and offers next to nothing. All in all, a big disappointment. Definitely, the worst "Comfort Inn" I have stayed in. Thanks, Zarko Nestorovski

Good service - posted on 06/28/2005

We booked a non smoking room, but when we showed up were were slated for a smoking room. But the clerk moved us to a non-smoking room. The breakfast is not worth 2.99 at all. It was subpar, and should be free for what you get. The room was clean, and the service was very good. They allowed me to print three pages on the printer at the front desk, and that was very nice of them.
