We had a beautiful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, bright and very comfortable. Enjoyed having the fireplace when the fall evening got chilly. Will definitely plan to stay again at this fine hotel.

We stayed in the Flights of Fantasy Suite and had a wonderful stay. The bed was very comfortable, and was amazed to see a tv inside the balloon over the bed. The little extras made this stay special. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definately stay here again.

The fireside Inn is a wonderful Hotel. The staff ensure your stay is comfortable and pleasant. Rooms are great for the romantic getaway. The food is way above anything one would expect from a Best Western. Highly recommended.

By far the best place & hotel of our week-long trip to Ontario. Shower was cool - had dual heads on a pivoting lever! Bathroom had makeup mirror & scale. Room decor might have been deliberate (theme) but was a little country - bed was absolutely wonderful (pillow-top!). Staff was friendly (one girl reminded me of Gweneth Paltrow, looks & personality), pub was very cosy - would absolutely stay here again!
