This pet-friendly multi-storied hotel offers more than a good night’s sleep. But most of the visitors were completely disappointed with everything, including filthy rooms with broken and mal-functioning amenities, poor service, dirty bathrooms, grubby shuttle, shoddy décor, ill-kept pool and hot tub, and urine smell in stairwell and elevator.
