The hotel had a musty smell. My wife got sick from drinking the water. We purchased bottled water for drinking. Water had a soapy taste. We would wait until further renovations were complete prior to returning. The young Asian lady who picked us up at the airport was very nice even though she admitted she had never driven the van before. Very friendly and very welcoming. She was definitely an asset to your establishment.

Front desk service impeccable; rooms large & clean. Room service has great kids' menu at a reasonable price. Pool & waterslide perfect for small children. Airport access tops. Booked second stopover visit as result. Absolutely recommend.

Stayed with 11 other couples and children for NYE. Room & service was fabulous. Pool was toxic. Everyone's eyes were burning and kids were coughing. My son's asthma was hard to control. They obviously pump up the chlorine levels for high volumes of kids. If it wasn't for that, we would definately go back every year.
