We drove from Seattle to Whistler for a 1-night Saturday stay, and arrived at 10 am. To our pleasant surprise, they accomodated us completely by giving us an early check-in, which made it much easier logistically to ski that day. We skiied Sunday as well (after checking out), and they took all of our luggage to our car, and stored our bags that had a change of clothes. After skiing, they let us shower in their healthclub locker rooms. This wasn't necessarily the fanciest hotel I've ever stayed in, but the customer service was probably the best I've ever experienced!
Had a great time - posted on 11/22/2005
We just spent 4 nights at the Delta and had a great time. Friendly staff, all the amenities we needed and also enjoyed the one bedroom suite we were in- it's so convenient to have a full kitchen in the room to prepare our own breakfast and the fireplace and balcony facing the Mountain set the tone for the trip.
BEST VALUE IN WHISTLER! EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE - posted on 11/19/2005
My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Delta Whistler Suites when we went up to the resort last week. The suites were spacious, beautifully appointed, cozy with the fireplaces. Our suite had a full kitchen -- great and convenient especially with kids! This hotel provided great value and excellent service. Health club and pool area were wonderful and impecabbly maintained. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the resort who has not tried it out.

NOT WORTH IT - posted on 10/19/2005
We checked into our 500 plus night ste and found out we were surrounded by tons of partying teenagers. Mayhem reigned. Plus the staff was so stressed out that they were rude to us and obviously very unhappy. Bottom line, we paid too much for the stress and will not go back.
Great Time, but... - posted on 04/01/2005
Everything here was great, with one glaring exception. When we got our reservation, we were assured the pool was heated to 72F. (this is one of the few places in Whistler that even has a pool, and why none are indoors is beyond me!) I can only ascribe this assertion to a metric conversion error, because it was more like 52F. We stayed 3 nights and remarked on it constantly, but to no avail. The room was nice, location is good for restaurants and shopping, but not very close to lifts.
