About the Whistler Cascade Lodge

The Whistler Cascade Lodge is managed by Resort Quest, one of the leaders in the resort lodging industry. The lodge is located in Whistler Village. Since it is not directly at the lifts, it slightly less expensive than other hotel properties. However, it is a short walk to the lifts but there is also a free shuttle bus.

The Whistler Cascade Lodge is a clean and relatively affordable hotel in the heart of Whistler Village. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the amenities are topnotch for the price. Since Whistler is a pedestrian Village, you can save on gas by taking the Whistler bus from Vancouver Airport. The bus will drop you off at the entrance to the Lodge. Read our customer reviews?

Whistler Cascade Lodge Accommodations

Studio rooms have a queen bed and and convenience kitchen, which includes a fridge, microwave, kettle and coffee maker. One bedrooms have a fireplace, full kitchen, and a washer/dryer. Two bedrooms have a full kitchen, as well as two bathrooms.

Amenities offered

Amenities include ski rental, a fitness center, a heated pool and an outdoor hot tub. The Lodge is also located in close proximity to some of Whistler's excellent restaurants. It is also within walking distance to the Whistler grocery store, which is one of the best groceries at any North American ski area. For this reason, it may be a good idea to book one of the rooms that feature a full kitchen.

Whistler is located about a 4-5 hour drive from Seattle, depending on weather conditions. From Seattle the border crossing is about 176 km or 100 miles. Traveling north - take the Interstate 5 (the I-5) to the very last exit before the Canadian border crossing (do not cross the Peace Arch border crossing). Cross into Canada and head North on the highway for about 15 miles until you intersect with Route 1 - the Trans Canada Highway. DO NOT TAKE 1A. Take route 1 West. At Horseshoe Bay Route 1 becomes Highway 99. Whistler is about 1.5 hours away.
