This is an too expensive a hotel to be overwhelmed by a finacial services conference of which it was during my stay. The spa was booked solid which was upsetting and it was very hard to get dinner reservations through the concierge desk.

Overall, I enjoyed the hotel. But, our bathroom had mold around the shower and there were some small holes in the curtains. Unfortunately, the bar was closed during our stay. The room service messed up our order and even after we called we still didn't get everything we ordered.

Only problem was outdoor pool was a bit small. Great location right on whistler mountain!!

Great facilty, the only flaw is the restaurants are not incredible.
