About the Opus Hotel

Centrally located in downtown Vancouver's Yaletown district, the hotel is the perfect choice for the upscale traveler seeking a little slice of heaven. When the Opus Hotel included a stay in one of their suites as part of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences Oscar Awards gift-bags, it was as much a statement as it was a promotional device - elegance lives here.

The general consensus is that the Opus Hotel is a great place to stay. Expectations are high with this hotel however, and some traveler's can be put off by the slightest detail forgotten, or gone amiss. The best thing to keep in mind is that "your stay" will be exactly that, and therefore don't approach it with the expectation that making a reservation will suddenly afford instant celebrity or VIP status. Book with the expectation that you will have a clean, attractive room, with many amenities and friendly staff there to make your stay all the more enjoyable.

The Opus Hotel has 85 rooms and 12 suites spread out across 7 floors. Rooms can be described as colorful, funky and hip while offering comfortable and modern decor. Each room has a custom Opus Spa Bathroom with L'Occitane amenities.

Constructed in 2002, the Opus Hotel is constantly upgrading and adding amenities for its guests. Currently the following services are offered: A/C, cable TV with pay movies, Wi-Fi, minibar, coffeemaker, hair dryer, iron, in-room safe, bathrobes, AM/FM alarm clock, free local calls, free newspaper (delivered daily), modem access, 24-Hour room/front desk service, laundry/dry-cleaning, baby-sitting/childcare services, complimentary car service, non-smoking rooms, restaurant, bar and fitness center.

* Exit the airport via Grant McConachie Way and follow onto overpass.
* Take Granville Street/City Centre exit off the overpass, and continue on Granville Street.
* Cross the Granville Street Bridge and take the Seymour Street exit off the bridge.
* Follow Seymour Street two blocks and you will arrive at Davie Street.
* Turn right onto Davie Street and continue three blocks east.
* Opus Hotel is located on your right at 322 Davie Street just past Hamilton Street.
