Stayed for 3 months. Rooms really need to be updated. Was shocked how old the decor was for a 4 seasons property. 3rd night of stay fire alarm went off at 4am. evacuated hotel, went down fire stairwell only to find huge wooden rat traps at each floor. they must have rats the size of cats there. No reason given other than system malfunction for fire alarm. Apology by mgr. with promise to upgrade for next stay. Told him don't worry I won't be back. And this is an AMEX Platinum Fine Hotel and Resort.

A nice hotel, but not at the level I expect from the Four Seasons. Rooms were on the smallish side, the lobby and public rooms are not very grand. Service was OK but not spectacular. Pathetic gift shop, but attached to a shopping center, at least.
