For an economy class Richmond hotel, especially one near the airport, the Quality Hotel provides affordable accommodations but they won't wow you with style. Guests encouraged potential visitors to request a room facing Mironu Park but noted rooms on Westminster Hwy didn't suffer much from noisy traffic. Only a few airplanes were noticeable flying overhead, and they weren't loud enough to be disruptive. More than one guest commented on the firm mattresses without padding, and the smaller-sized rooms, but they really enjoyed the free morning breakfast, the location, and the helpful friendly staff at the hotel.
