I orginially wanted to stay in downtown Vancouver but everything seemed booked up. In the end I'm so happy we stayed at Delta Airport and took cabs or drove into the city. The service was amazing. The beds in the upgraded rooms are phenomenal. The pool was very fun (a hot tub would be lovel though). Elephant & Castle is great for outdoor eating and hanging out! My epxerience was all around wonderful!! Thank you!

your staff get a 5 star rating from the 4 of us. It was a valentine getaway and both the rooms were perfect. Most impressive were the real glasses, duvet's, at home feelings. Food perfect, Thank you..

I felt obliged to write a review for this hotel as the level of service I received surpassed anything I have experienced for many yearsI travel extensively on business so feel I have a very good point of comparisonWhat made this stay special for me was the level of professional and friendly service I received in all departmentsI stayed in a Deluxe room on the 10th floor and had an extremely comfortable sleep on the featherbed offered. All members of staff I encountered really went out of their way to make me feel welcome and responded to all of my needsI

Stayed in top floor facing Fraser River, good view. Friendly service, the room is decent sized, the bed is comfortable. The Deluxe room comes with free parking and late checkout time (6pm)! Only complaint is the walls are thin, you can hear people in the next room and airplane noise (too close to the airport).

Air Vents were located outside our room and made a lot of noise resulting in loss of sleep. Also room was extremely warm and thermostat did not seem to work. Mat in bathroom was very dirty.
