room is very small and dirty, reservation clerk very rude ,you have to pay 10 dollar a day for parking

We loved our stay at the Radission. Outstanding Service. We called as soon as we landed and they picked us up within 15 min. At the hotel they provided information on all sites and status [due to weather condition]. Each day they helped us plan out our trip. Hotel is very close to the bus stop, which made it easier to get to and from downtown. It's a little bit futher from downtown [about 30-40 min bus ride] but worth it. After all you'll be using the public transit to get around. The daily pass covers buses, trains and the ferry [not the major ones].

This hotel was chosen because we had an early morning flight. We were close enough to make the flight without problem, yet there was very little "airport" noise.

No refrigerator, no microwave, a torn bedspread, dirty carpet in both the room and the corridor leading to it. And at $145.00/night I think it was certainly NOT a bargain! Staff was hospitable however. I would not book again.

The outside and lobby look nice, but... The rooms are small, the beds are uncomfortable, the walls are thin, you can easily hear people walking and talking in the hallway. Very noisy. Have to pay extra for parking. Waited over 30 minutes for airport shuttle (although hotel is nearby).
